This
individual activity will enable participants consider their own
assessment of requisite personal attributes, skills and self management
for improving their Team performance and then a reflection on how these
can contribute to better job performance. After this reflection they
will be asked to write a sealed “Letter to Myself” which will include up
to three areas they would like to work on to improve their team spirit
and Leadership capabilities both of home and in their work.
