v      Paper Tear:  This activity shows the difficult of listening. “Even something as simple as folding and tearing can be interpreted in a hundred different

Session 8:

“Team Assessment”

 

v      Team Assessment Questionnaire:  The participants will have the opportunity to evaluate their team’s susceptibility to dysfunctioning.

Session 9:

“Taking back to Workplace”

 

v      Nominal Group Technique.  This exercise gives the participants an opportunity to reflect on critical issues within the organization/division and draw up an agenda for follow-up through consensus.

Session 10:

“How do I rate? Letter to myself”

v      This individual activity   will enable participants consider their own assessment of requisite personal attributes, skills and self management for improving their Team performance and then a reflection on how these can contribute to better job performance.  After this reflection  they will be asked to write a sealed “Letter to Myself” which will include up to three areas they would like to work on to improve their team spirit and Leadership capabilities both of home and in their work.

v      The letters will be posted one month after the session to them by the facilitators.
